The foundry of gray and nodular casts Adut d.o.o. has been in the business since 1994 and continues with the foundry tradition of the Štore area. It is focused on manufacturing single and small-series casts from the family of cast iron materials:

• gray cast with lamellar graphite
• gray cast with spheroidal graphite (nodular cast),
• wear resistant cast,
• heat resistant cast.

• Wear and heat resistant casts are manufactured after an earlier consultation with the customer.
• The foundry is distinguished by its manufacturing flexibility and short delivery times. Typical cast series may range from one piece to some hundred casts.
• The cast weight may range from 0,1 to 500 kg, the frame size for single casts up to 1100x600 mm and for small-series casts up to 600x500 mm.
• The forms are manufactured by the CO2 process, the cores aby the CO2 and Croning process. The cast is manufactured in two 2t induction furnaces.
• The moulds for cast manufacturing are made from various materials, depending on the cast number with our cooperators. The moulds are kept in the foundry and their maintenance is also possible, if desired by the customer.
• The foundry offers the delivery of casts with mechanical and heat treating, as well as surface protection.
• The foundry is orientated towards manufacturing a complete range of iron cast materials (ADI, SiMo, CGI).
